Yankees fans: why do the Yankees keep letting Rivera pitch against the Red Sox?

the Yankees do not have a reliable reliever besides Mariano Rivera. he is their best option. however, i do agree with you that Rivera has not had as much success against the Red Sox compared to other teams. i remember in the 2004 season, he gave up two walk-off homeruns to Bill Mueller (not a power hitter).
