DOES ANYONE KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH MY KNEE?!?

I have minor knee pain when I bend my knee.. Mostly when I bend it in a way to sit in an Indian style position. No noticeable swelling but on the inner part of my knee it has a hard area about an inch and a half wide that can be felt when it is bent that is not there on my other knee. Just kind of worried. I've googled symptoms of knee ailments I know about but none of the symptoms match what I have. I'm a 23 year old female and I'm not overweight but I don't do a lot of strenuous activity either. Confused!
