What job/ pay can I expect with a degree in finance and economics?

Im a double major sitting around a 3.0, might have gone a little under during my current semester. My graduation date is December 2010. My end all goal is to own ice rinks, but I understand the need for collateral when taking out a loan. I know im on the right track, Im looking for someone with similar degree/ degrees that can give me some advice and an inside perspective.
