Am i able to file a discrimination case?

hello i wanted to know if i should file this descrimination case....it has to do wit a hospital and black people well let me start by saying my lil sister went to this hospital on augs 2nd and had her baby augs 3rd 2009 while my mother was waiting for 1 nite for her new grand baby to come into this world she had became very restless so decied to take a nap while takein a nap a manger from the hospital came up to her and my great grandmother and asked if they needed any money to get on the bus or somthing as if they where homless wit no where to go thats the frist incedent 2nd was when my sister had her baby they had put on her risk band that she had a baby boy and hes 5 pounds and 4 oz which she had a baby girl and she was 5 pounds 14oz they even had that on the new birth record 3rd now my sister has her room but its a 2 people room wit 1 t.v she's black american and the young lady next to her speakes no english but they or to shear 1 tv for the time that they have to be in the hospital wow what type of **** is this 4th now my sister gets a room after having the baby and every thing is in spanish when we went to visti her they told us that its only 2 people allowed up but when we get 2 the room the person next to her had 5 and all the other ladies that had a baby also had more then to so i took it as if the thought we where going to do somthing
