Hello: My wife fisrt prenancy was miscarraged, my second son was a heart baby (tetrology of fallow)?

We planning to have another baby but so concern what happened to our first and second, is there any recomment before my wife pregnance: any special test, check up or folic acid or vitamins before have my wife pregnance in order to have a very healthy baby? any advices. thanks
