Part deux saga--- of lost atiel .... what do you think??

I would be screaming at the HS saying it is your bird and if you are very sure that it is Joey I would be very forceful in getting my loved one back. I would ask what you would have to do to get him back. Tell them you'll pay they're freakin HS adoption fee if that's what it takes for them to give up YOUR bird.
