Where can I buy v.cheap ostrich feathers/boas for my burlesque costumes?

Looking for a cheap place, I am based in London but woul like somewhere I can buy cheap ostrich boas for my costumes? Not ebay though as they are reasonable but was just wondering if there is somewhere v.cheap! I know wishful thinking but anyone knows thanks in advance, annette x
