What is wrong with my fish?

Hmm i never heard of having betas in a acual fish tank with other bettas i thought they would kill each other but becides the fact, fish are just sometimes messups there not a very hefty animal and just get sick nothing you can really do, go buy another one there like 2 bucks lol.
