Pup crating help! It's not a happy place for Brody..?

Sorry,I TOTALLY disagree with the FEED HIM IN HIS CRATE line......I tell everyone to NEVER feed him in the cage....a small treat,yes..but no bowls of food .He shouldn't have anything he can chew up in his cage while you are gone.....one of the most indestructible toys I have found are the kongs.......make sure you buy one that is big enough.Then,you can buy the squeeze cheese to go in it.I would start working with him and that while he is not required to go in the cage..for a couple days.Then,once he knows what is in it...try tossing it IN the cage and making him go get it.Allow him to carry it out to finish the first couple times.Then,toss it in the cage,say whatever command it is you use to get him in there...(I just use GO TO BED,for my Shar Peis....)...and shut the cage door while you are home,but walk away from the area.Let him cry and whine if he does.Sooner or later he is going to be more interested in getting the cheese out of that kong.Good luck.
