Is it true that nice behaviour, wealth etc can never convince women to feel attraction if he isn't dominant?

A site www.doubleyourdating.com says that women are biologically programed such a way that they feel attraction towards those men who have certain personality traits such as dominant, uncontrolable, unpredictable, challenging etc. If a man haven't these personality traits then, nomatter how nice things he have done towards a women & having his wealth, looks etc, he can never convinces a woman to feel attraction towards him. Is it true?
