AT&T data plan? Secondary line with data plan?

I'm on my parents account. I'm line number 4 (out of 5). I'm getting the samsung captivate and wondering if I can have a 2gb data plan while my parents ( the primary lines) don't have one. So like my parents and 2 brothers have just a reg plan and I have data on an secondary plan?
