Is methadone used to treat inhalant addiction?

I've heard of methadone being used to treat a lot of addictions from heroin to benzos to painkillers and even pot (lol?). I beiginning to think I might actually have a problem like everyone has been telling me. I guess I was always to fu**ed up to admit it. I huff a lot of axe, hairspray, and nailpolish remover. Almost everyday. I really just cant seem to stop. I've actually tried quitting before but the urge was too unbearable and I always gave in and relapsed. If methadone treats inhalant addiction I am going to ask a friend to take me to a local methadone clinic. If not.. I might just be done for :(

I'm a 15 year old girl. Some people think I have ADD because I have difficulty maintaining and shifting focus, I get EASILY distracted, I'm very disorganized, like I clean my room and the next day it's a mess again.. I'm not even over exaggerating. I'm very forgetful, I have a hard time just sitting still and doing my homework or staying concentrated on it, I'm constantly fidgeting and shaking my leg non stop, I day dream ALOT, it takes me a while to process information, like when someone explains me something, they have to repeat 3 times for me to understand what they said, I interrupt alot or sometimes don't realize what I said was hurtful, I have a short temper and over react A LOT! A lot of people call me lazy, stupid, and other labels. Also the guy I'm inlove with speaks to me and I never pay attention to what he says even though I try, so I then have to ask my friend what he said, who's part of conversation. Do you think I have ADD?

I'm doing an argumentive essay for a Comp. cl. I want to end it by listing (in very fine print!) 3000-4000 gods that have been worshipped in human history. By my estimates, this should by simple, as this would be a fraction of the total of all the gods in human history. I have seen these lists on the net, but I need one in Word format (or in regular email text), something easily printable and/or 'cut and paste'. Do you know where I might find such a list? I'm trying to teach my toddler how to read. i think its the most important thing to me. she already knows her abc's and she can count to 15. she can also count in spanish(thanks dora!) shes not potty trained. im having difficulties with that. but when exactly should she be reading? any stories?

First time Brine-ing a turkey. How infused does it get with the brine?

It tenderizes it more, but the flavours will be minimal, unless you have made slits in the carc. I have done it and cooked it both in the oven and did a deep fried one once, not my favourite way, but the bird is moister and tender , but the actual seasonings and flavour will not be overpowering. For that you would ned to keep it in the brine or marinade for a week.

My cat can't move!?!?!?!?

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Just looking for advice or possible answers. Here is the story. I woke up this morning and my cat was walking like his foot was asleep. (Right front) At first I brushed it off, he just woke up too so maybe it was asleep. But then he jumped up on the bathtub ledge like he always does and fell face first into the tub. His foot still wasn't working. I called the animal hospital and they told me to bring him in. So I took the morning off work and took my cat in for an examination. This Dr. was lousy. he felt her leg just like I did, told me it wasn't broken, which I already knew, and then said I needed an MRI. He said to crate her for a week and then call him. So I took him home and went to work for 4 hours. When I got home, he was worse! His back leg had now quit working. They are both stuck at the elbow straight out. So I called the emergency vet since it was now after hours. They told me to bring him in and were so much better. They weighed him and took his vitals. They then told me they have no idea what is wrong. There are a series of tests they could run but its all chance and very expensive. They said it is most likely neurological since it is all on the right side of his body and he isn't feeling pain. so they put him on steroids and antibiotics. They also told me the other side of his body is weak. It's strange because he doesn't seem to understand his body inst working. Now, he cant flip up his paws, and cant even sit or stand. He just lays there. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with him? He is about 5 or 6. Indoor cat. NEVER been outdoors in over 3 years. Male, Neutered. 7lbs. All this started this morning, at 730 am. so within 14 hours he went from not being able to use one leg to almost his entire body.

Two shows I'm surprised that haven't appeared on DVD are "Hope & Gloria" & "Family Matters." Actually, the latter, which is still on Nick at Nite, does have the 1st season on DVD, but considering that the sitcom was on the air for a decade, I'm astonished that they haven't regularly churned out season by season of DVDs. I also liked "Hope & Gloria"; Alan Thicke, father of signer Robin Thicke, was hilarious as Dennis Dupree, & there was one memorable wedding episode w/ Burt Reynolds that I wish I hadn't taped over. Also, Is "Cybil" also available on DVD?

Has anyone here gotten pregnant after a bilateral tubal ligation?

I didn't start my period last month, and began having preg symptoms, despite my btl in Jan 05 when I had my second child. So I went ahead and took 4 pregnancy tests like a maniac last week and 1 came back positive. I am going in the morning to my doctor for bloodwork, but would love to make a friend who has experienced or experiencing this wonderful, yet shocking event themselves.
